Meteorologist, WSFA-TV (NBC) Montgomery, AL 

                                                                          (May 2015 - Present)

Provided accurate and entertaining weather forecast for all weekend newscasts.

Primary fill-in for chief meteorologist during evening newscasts.

- Led LIVE storm chasing using WSFA’s STORMTRACKER 12 vehicle.

Conducted live shots and reports on special events happening across central and south Alabama.

Chief Meteorologist/Co-Anchor, WXVT-TV (CBS) Greenville, MS 

                                                                          (January 2013 - May 2015)

 

-  In charge of a 3 person weather team in times of severe and adverse

    weather.

-  Conducted weather forecast for weekday morning show.

-  Anchored weekday morning show (covering news, weather,

    and sports).

-  Applied forecasting skills covering frequent severe weather outbreaks

   (tornadoes,   severe thunderstorms, hurricanes, etc.)

-  Lead weather graphics designer using Weather Central system.

-  Conducted live shots and reports on severe weather and recovery

   efforts in my DMA.

-  Produced for newscast on a fill-in basis

   (Moring show 5:30am-7:00am, 5, 6, & 10 p.m. show).

-  Made public appearances to local schools and organizations on behalf

    WXVT Delta News.

 

 

Meteorologist/Reporter, WXVT-TV (CBS) Greenville, MS

                                                    (July 2012 - January 2013)

 

-   Utilized Weather Central graphics system for weather broadcasts.

-   Applied forecasting skills to determine weekend weather

    for the Mississippi Delta.

-   Filled in for morning and evening meteorologist during the week.

-   Filmed, edited, and wrote two to three stories a day for week

     day news shows.

-   Visited multiple schools in my DMA to talk to students about

    meteorology and WXVT-TV
